I've been personal training for over twenty years now and started getting into doing workshops and other speaking engagements.
I like being active with different modalities from indoor rock climbing to cycling, to working my butt off during a boot camp/circuit or outdoor fitness class.
I've help people from all walks of life to get fit and stay fit. Clients learn to move the way they used to as well as get their bodies moving faster and with more confidents.
